Whilst staying warm around our campfire we spoke about the difference between being Transparent and being Vulnerable. Yooooo, welcome back to another week of AT THE CRIB WITH JIB. We digressed this week and have found ourselves more calmer than ever getting back to the basics of life. I hope you ALL have spent the year so far growing AND bettering yourselves! I have the amazing Jasmine Delgado (wise cousin) with me for a soulful conversation about reflection and mindfulness. Initially we opened up on personal health and if there is a such thing as going “OVERBOARD” when it comes to being healthy? Spoke on whether it’s best to “wait for karma” or to become someone’s “KARMA”. In today’s episode, We start out EPISODE 4 with our 2021 resolutions and all the jazz connected. That includeswe want to change, how we wanna be better or stay toxic. Then DJ gives us a run down about dating in this new era. Then we discuss dating in detail, especially those with kids. Jib opens up the conversation about Steph Curry and the changes around the league. Then we spoke on identity. Where we get our identity and how important identity is when facing the world. Then we talk on our drive to keep striving for better and not becoming stagnant. We was a bit wild on this cast and I couldn’t keep up with it all so LISTENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.
