Sometimes we just have to stop, take a deep breath and exhale slowly, intentionally. Being present in this space and time. This episode is almost like journal entries. I reflect on some thoughts I share back in Dec 2019 and March 2020 at the genesis of the covid-19 pandemic.

The violence and anger that is displayed towards women depicts the average person's estimation of said group. But to face the blatant mistreatment of women, people would also have to face the glaring disparities across the board. If the Bible and government do not respect women and children, why do we expect men to? And are really calling out the men in our lives that behave no different from those in the videos we've been seeing lately?

We talk about Rona, George Floyd and the movement ingited dormant rage. I'm offering just my observations and some insight. Cooler heads prevail but as stated before this is rage that has been awakened at the wrong or right time.
