Being real is so important. Being real with ourselves, with others, and with God. Come hang out, lets get real!

In this episode I talk about the unavoidable process, how important it is to keep moving forward, and much more. I'm definitely not an expert I'm still growing and learning myself. However, I do hope y'all listen in as I share my journey.

In this first episode I give a little bit of background on myself, and why I believe the podcast and its theme is so important. This is a passion project for me, and I do hope y'all will join me on this journey of growth.

Hello, My name is Richard Thomas, and I don't have it figured out. That is what this podcast is all about. We may never figure it all out, but we can always grow, and learn as much as we can. Please join me so that we can grow together.
