This is a statement I hear far too much and makes my skin crawl. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. What are you doing in those 24 hrs? Instead of saying I can’t because I am busy or not right now or I don’t have time, say that you are not prioritizing that thing. See how that makes you feel and what you start making them for.
