 - Don’t just keep educating yourself. Extend that to your staff, and to your entire industry if necessary

 - Develop a robust process for assessing new staff, and also the mobility of existing staff. Basically, making sure that the right people are doing the right thing.

 -  The importance of investing your money wisely, rather than spending it on things that some potential clients could be put off by. Not just clients, but potential buyers too, if you’re scaling up your business towards an exit.
