The second Best Picture Oscar winner we are going over this month is Gladiator! Starring Russell Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix. Underrated or overrated? I think this movie gets just the right amount of attention, definitely deserved to win Best Picture!

Don't get me wrong, we loved this movie (Some more than others) So don't ask me how we got on a tangent about Jean-Claude Van Damme's Bloodsport! Rain Man stars Tom Cruise, in one of his most jack-ass roles, and Dustin Hoffman, in one of his most convincingly incredible roles.

From the director that brought you In Bruges, comes Seven Psychopaths! Colin Ferrell, Sam Rockwell, and Woody Harrelson star as absolute psychos in this witty, but off the wall dark comedy! 5/5 would watch again!

Natalie Portman! Oscar Isaac! And by the same director as Ex Machina! You know you're in for one hell of a sci-fi film! Plot-wise or metaphorically, it's a great movie no matter how you splice it!

Going back to our indie roots, we watched and reviewed Beginners, an Ewan McGregor and the late Christopher Plummer film. Beautifully crafted, it was an unexpected treasure that we loved dearly.
