Monica & Jennifer June chat with Beth Snow about Comedy, life after 40 (of course), HOCKEY (much to Monica's dismay) an naturally... goats. kinda...
Beth Snow is the short but feisty brains behind the blog https://www.nottobetrustedwithknives.com.
She's also a hockey player, a comedian and a scientist with far too many university degrees, but most importantly, she's somehow still funny (hilarious), even though she's over 40.
Wait... a scientist? What? Oh yeah that...
Dr. Snow’s work focuses on bridging the gap between research and evaluation evidence and health services delivery. She has expertise in evaluation and implementation science, and a strong interest in equity. She has conducted evaluations in a range of healthcare settings, including public health, acute care, and long-term care. She co-authored the textbook Nutrition Basics: An Active Approach, and led the creation of a model of engaging marginalized populations in health services planning.
