Hello beautiful people, 

This episode wasn't planned, but sometimes they are the best ones.. and this one definitely is! 

I got my period back! Six years in the making and your girl's cycle is back! In this ep, I dive into what I changed in order to get my cycle back. My hope is to help other women return back to themselves and find their feminine energy. 

Here's a quick overview of what I changed: 

1) EATING MORE FOOD

2) Less cardio, more weights. 

3) GET HELP! Working with a naturopath/doctor/etc. 

4) Starting using feminine essential oils

5) Worked around my mindset around my perioid - history, trauma etc. 

I will be delving into this a lot more throughout this season. I am sooo excited to be writing this right now. 

SO much more wisdom is to come.
