On this season finale, the boys start the pod catching everyone up with what they've been doing in their golf worlds. Not much from Josh, but Reed got out to an outing with friends and gagged with his putter.

Next, Reed and Josh turn their attention to the Tour Championship at East Lake. Viktor Hovland does his damndest to win, but he fought his swing all weekend which lead to the number one player in the world and the Player of the Year, Scottie Scheffler, to swoop in and take the crown. Absolutely well earned and the stats from Scottie's year were really and truly unbelievable. We are all witnessing something historic.

In Golf News, the guys looked at the Presidents Cup rosters. Both teams are pretty stacked, but who has the edge? Reed and Josh also dip their toes into the Good Good controversy. What is the problem and what can be done about it? In the last piece of news, LeBron James takes his golf obsession to the people by sponsoring an event and promoting the game to the youth. Love to see it.

Reed and Josh wrap up the episode with some Questions from the Internet. One Reddit user wants to know if he was not following proper golf etiquette. The guys look at what courses or golf regions are underrated? Which are overrated? Lastly, they discuss what it means to be clutch on the golf course. This week's episode opens with Reed and Josh talking about their own golf lives. Josh was back on the course in a tournament setting as he tries to qualify for the US Mid-Am. His game is nearly there, so what about Reed's? He was able to get out and check the University Ridge Golf Course in Madison, Wisconsin. He may not have played well, but the course was excellent.

They then review the BMW Classic at Bellerive Golf Course. Rory was back. Scottie was sick. And Wyndham gets it done again. Is he player of the year? What does the data say? Regardless, Wyndham is still in form and prepped for the Presidents' Cup.

On this week's episode Reed and Josh are getting back from their 4th of July weekends. Josh was out in Colorado and hit some balls while Reed played the excellent Mt. Prospect Golf Club. 

Next, they discussed the John Deere Classic at TPC Deere Run. They looked at some old guys still kicking some ass and at a fan favorite in Max Homa getting back into some god form. Reed and Josh talk Ben Kohles and the eventual winner, Chris Gotterup. This was Gotterup's 3rd win on the season and 5th win in the calendar year. 

Next week, the tour heads to Scotland for the Scottish Open. Reed and Josh break it down, but it's not really all that hard. This is a stacked event. Throw a dart and pick a name, it'll land on a good player. 

In Golf News, Reed and Josh look at gambling and its effects on the game based on Jordan Spieth's comments earlier in the week. Next, they talk more about the continuing Phil Mickelson drama. Will we ever see him again in a professional setting?
