Who is on my team, When I say on your team, I don’t necessarily mean direct reports.
1. People who inspires you – This does not mean they have to be a rock star, it could be a spouse, a pastor, a life/business coach, a mentor that when you get together you naturally feel uplifted, un-judged, and supported.
2. People who are honest with you – Some people think you are Gods gift to the world. Careful you may fall into it and start believing it. Need some one who can see the difficulties of life, A realist. Say not what you want to hear, BUT WHAT YOU NEED to hear
3. Skills compliments mine. Must mitigate your weakness
