Step 1: I have been mentored and certified by the John Maxell. To Teach, Speak, and Coach on Leadership. One thing I absolutely know is that Vision LEAKS. Sit down first thing in the morning to pray/meditate, visualize, mentally rehearse, and step into the vision of your future potential that sets every single cell in your body on fire. All of your senses have to be involved. It is absolutely necessary for getting Clarity on your dream. You must get up a different person. Your goal is to sustain this new state of being throughout the day. Our brain is cued for survival, not abundance, you need to reprogram your thinking out of a scarcity mindset.

Step 2 Personal development, developing your mind and working on yourself. Always be learning, growing, and working on YOU by feeding your mind material that develops your millionaire mind. Books, training, tutorials, and audios that force you to think bigger, get uncomfortable, and develop your unlimited potential prosperity mindset.

Step 1. Build your audience: You might do it organically by posting memes that relate to what you are doing, or run an FB ad, just to get likes to your page, but whatever the case you have to build a following. If you do it right you will repel those that are not in alignment with who you are and you will attract those that are in alignment with you. That’s why we call it Attraction Marketing

Step 2. Engage Your Audience: Depends on the platform, but if you are just getting started, maybe stick to one platform like FB, or IG or Twitter. Each platform is different, but you have to engage them all. and talk to them, thank them for following you, ask where they are from. If they like your post, invite them to your FB page.

If you just see dollar signs when they like your post on the page then you have the wrong mindset. Your mindset should be to add value to them, in content and conversation. That is leading someone. If you can add value, solve their problems, then you get this business

If you are going to own your dream, you need to stop comparing your dream or yourself to otheres

T. S. Elliot said - “Whatever you think, be sure it is what you think; whatever you want, be sure that is what you want; whatever you feel, be sure that is what you feel.”

And Lead your life, instead of just accepting your life

Am I moving closer to your dream, this is huge, ready. To move closer to your dream it is more about WHO you are than WHERE you are.

Let me tell you something, if you can quit now, when you move to your next job, your next dream you will quit there to. It’s about WHO you are not WHERE you are.

Everyone faces difficulty, if you fail you can make excuses, it was the economy, it’s a scam, they stabbed me in the back. Resistance will always be there, it is not the external circumstances, it is the internal reality that most people stop themselves from reaching there potential.

Imagine you have this big huge Oak tree out in your yard that must come down, and you only had an ax.

Now if you went out and chopped on that tree 5 times every day, 5 times no matter if you feel great, feel awful, when it is raining or sunny. No matter what; you had just enough discipline and tenacity to whack that tree 5 times a day, soon, that tree will fall.

As you go up in success in any field, as the dream becomes reality, the more difficult are the tradeoffs. It is a part of paying a price for the dream.

To think as soon as your kids go to college, the parenting is done is a fantasy. It’s never done. Just like your dream, when you achieve it, there will still be a cost, it will be more than you ever anticipated, and it will be consistent.

How many times have you heard a great sports player say, I just wanted to be a great ball player, and did not realize the trade off was also being a role model. Or a famous actor complaining about the lack of a personal life? Sorry that the trade off, that’s the cost. You may not have ordered it, you may not want it, but it comes with the dream.

There is no magic power in having a Dream, you can’t wait for it, maybe if you are a fairy princess in a Disney movie. In real life, you must work for it.

This is where people fail. They think If I just have a dream, if I am passionate about it, it’s who I am so I must succeed. I am here to tell you, the dream, the passion, you being in your Strength Zone is not enough to carry you there.

I have a Dream, but no team

Who is on my team, When I say on your team, I don’t necessarily mean direct reports.

1. People who inspires you – This does not mean they have to be a rock star, it could be a spouse, a pastor, a life/business coach, a mentor that when you get together you naturally feel uplifted, un-judged, and supported.

2. People who are honest with you – Some people think you are Gods gift to the world. Careful you may fall into it and start believing it. Need some one who can see the difficulties of life, A realist. Say not what you want to hear, BUT WHAT YOU NEED to hear

3. Skills compliments mine. Must mitigate your weakness
