Saru Jayaraman is the President and Co-Founder of One Fair Wage and is working for a living wage for all people, especially tipped employees who are particularly vulnerable. Saru relates the origins of tipping culture and just how unfair and sometimes sexist tipping is.

Kristin Alfheim is running for State Senate in the newly redisctricted 18th SD. She is currently on Appleton's Common Council and is looking to improve schools for children in a rational way.
