We’re thrilled to kick off the first episode of the show recorded from different locations! Unfortunately, our producer, who you might or might not know, had a small mishap with the video stream, so for now, we only have the audio.
Nevertheless, on today’s episode, we’re diving into the topic of burnout and depression. We’ll delve into how to manage both of those challenging emotions and how to identify the differences between them.
We’ll also talk about the dangers of DOOMSCROLLING and how we can be more mindful of ourselves and our social media usage.
Lastly, we’ll discuss how you can support a friend who’s going through a tough time. Wes and JB  get personal during this segment and share some methods that have worked for them, AS well as some methods friends have used to support them!
