Holy Sh!t what is going on with my body right now...

Over the holiday break I had lab work done because I wasn't feeling the best. Not covid, just like my body wasn't loving life. I know i'm 44 and "reaching an age..." 

I knew for years that I had this insulin issue, but it's not going away with diet and exercise.  Well, since my mother recent Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis (which IR and PC have nothing to do with each other) I wanted to get to the bottom of my IR issue AND FAST!  

Always remember the decision we do today, we will thank ourselves in 20 years. So I hope this helps the one person out there that needs to hear this. Reach out, lets chat - dear lord we all could use the support, right!
