My mini Michaels, Dwights, and Angelas,

Teaching is sort of like a day long stand up comedy act.  We are up there, giving our best, balancing curriculum details and character building, all while throwing in some wit, humor, and personality.  Now, just like in comedy shows, sometimes the jokes don’t land…

BUTTTTTT then there are these golden unicorn students who get every joke, laugh WITH us (not at us), and keep us grounded as we continue the “show”.

So to those students who “get” our humor, THANK YOU. This one's for you.
