My Believers, Thinkers, and Achievers,
If you are like me, I sometimes dream BIG, but I don’t always know where to start. And then that fun little pestering bug called procrastination pops up and talks me out of even starting. Does that sound like you? If so, today we are canceling procrastination because there is strength in numbers, and I don’t know about you, but I’m stubborn AND strong. So let’s get to work.
Today, I break down why self reflection is vital, what struggles I’ve gone through preventing me from beginning, and how I am pledging to do this exercise alongside you. Because at the end of the day, if even one person finds solace in journaling, I will be one proud Momma Bear.
