I’m not the greatest at following my own advice. (I know, shocker.)
My lovely therapist pointed something out to me during this week’s session. She said, “So with everything on your ‘to do’ list, where did you put ‘rest’?”
I was confused. Why would I put rest on my to do list? I can rest when I get the list finished, I thought.
However, my lovelies, after several clarifying questions because I am a naturally curious person, I understood. Come along with me as I explain why REST deserves a place on your “to do” list as well.
With a “it may take me a minute, but I’ll understand eventually” mentality,
