This one is kind of difficult but there are so many people I believe are strong I wish to be more like them in many ways in my own way, I've learned to not mimic them because I don't live their life but my own. my goal is to be stronger in my own life the way they are in theirs

Someone given the opportunity to educate took advantage of that and I was young & this did impact how I approached the challenge, the stars seemed farther away than normal for a while. I’ve been in Human Services & Workforce Development for 8 years now, it has certainly been a journey learning and growing along the way. Even now as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) it’s a balance. I went from financially stable and gainfully employed to life-shifting, however, from there I saw the world differently and changed career tracks.

Moving from the non-profit& education space to Health & Human Services / Government was interesting… I found myself loving the challenge and putting the pieces together from my previous experiences.
