In today’s episode, we dive into how the current education system and societal structures regarding one’s ‘career’ prevents us from finding our special curiosities, things, as youths living in the 20th century, need to be aware of when going through the journey of ‘choosing our path’ (I hate that term but there is no other way to put it!)

Even when we know it's bad for us, even when we know that comparison is the thief of joy, it is always hard to stop comparing yourself. In this episode, I dive into the psychology of comparison and how we can live a life free of comparison. Hope you enjoy!

When we pose deep, existential questions like “Who am I?” “What am I here for?” we can go on a never-ending tangent… But when we assess our values, and what is truly important in our lives, we become clearer on our purpose and who we are.
