I hired myself to clean my house. And I'm expensive. But really, I made a list of the things that I would outsource to a cleaner and then I decided that for a few specific hours a week, I am going to go down that list and clean what I can and leave whatever doesn't fit in the specified time frame. My theory is that my house will be cleaner because, right now, I do very few of the things on that list because it feels like the list just keeps growing and growing and then other non-list items take priority. So the kids are getting some screen time and mama's putting on her cleaning clothes and we're going to get to work.
