The book is finished.

Queering the Way: A Leadership Ethics from the Margins — the one I started, stopped, abandoned, restarted, and then finally refused to put down — is done. I could publish it today, and I could hand it to you and say, “Read this.”

I’m at a pivot point I haven’t been at before: moving from ideation, creation, and editing to actually getting this into the hands of people who need to read it.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing more about what the book is, who it’s for, and what you can expect. My plan is to have it available for public sale by the end of May or the very beginning of June.
