Sometimes our Fresh Catch 2.0 episodes drift into therapy sessions. Today we found some comfort in each other's Zoom arms by confessing a sin we had in common: pretending to know or remember while in a conversation that (most often) ambushed us. The formulaic goal we share is pretty simple. Hide out until you can get out. But our well-honed skills of evasion deserved a bit of moral scrutiny before ending (apologies for the short show…therapy had us both lose track of time). You'll note that how we ended invites the need for a real counselor.
