Emily is a member of Hobson’s Technology Practice, where she specializes in recruiting top sales candidates in the Software Space. Her enthusiasm coupled with her unique combination of charisma, work ethic and determination, help her deliver the best results to her clients and candidates.
Emily is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Hartford with majors in Accounting, Economics/Finance, and Entrepreneurial Studies. Emily’s professional background includes working at CohnReznick LLP, a top 10 accounting firm, in their auditing department. After a year in audit she transitioned to the Business Development team as a Client Relationship Analyst. In 2016, Emily was awarded “The Jackie” by the Hobson management team. This award is given to the staff member who most embodies the ideals of Hobson Associates.
Besides connecting technology talent with top employers, Emily volunteers her time to charities as well as the Miss Wolcott Organization, where she is on the board as their Interview Chair. In that role, she aids young women in developing their interview skills, helping them gain confidence and become more comfortable in interview settings.
