You can "do" all the things:  hire a coach, meditate, visualize, gain clarity, face fears.....those are important action steps we need to take.  But the "secret sauce" that makes it all work - TRUST.

We've been so programmed to trust that other people know best for us that we have quit trusting ourselves and the Divine.   We play small because we're afraid, not just of the outcome(s) and not even just of taking action - we are afraid of our own intuition.  We don't trust our own judgement, when in reality - trusting our own selves and trusting the support of the Universe is the most powerful thing we can do!
