On this episode, Adam talks to agent and admin coach Kathleen Metcalf about how she helps train administrative assistants for top producing real estate agents.  She shares how years ago she started to realize that agents who were doing 25-40 deals a year had something in common: they had admin assistants.  After realizing that, she started to research what made a good admin and saw that having systems for every part of the real estate transaction made them successful.  She then started training admins to be best fits for the specific realtor who needed their service, and focused how she trained the admin around how the agent had become successful with their unique strengths.  She shares how some agents get to a certain level of success and think they need to learn how to implement systems, when in fact, they don't need to know the systems, they just need to hire someone who does.
