Having been involved in the growth of over 300 companies across 23 industries, Răzvan Căzănescu founded the TBF group of companies with the aim of assisting Romanian entrepreneurs to scale their businesses on an international level.
In his 19 years in business, he has developed what is now called the TBF Management System. It's the only complete system developed by a Romanian that facilitates the management of companies ranging from 10 to thousands of employees, through measurable responsibilities, quarterly objectives, critical procedures and processes, performance evaluations, and fair compensation based on results.
