Does self-care exist? Can you define it? Is it a scam? Who knows! In the season finale of I Love My Baby, And…Erin and Ruby break down the importance of shifting expectations, while normalizing that it’s ok to feel sad that you may not have the same time or freedom to do the things that used to fill your cup (at least in those early postpartum weeks). They’ll also discuss the importance of including your village and relinquishing a bit of control when it comes to allowing others to take things off your plate, which ain’t easy, folks!

Loving the show? We'd love your feedback!
