In this episode we are framing the idea of how we individually build our value. You are an asset that must be furnished with things of value. I challenge you to continue to invest in the asset of self through education, skill development and training. Our capacity to solve the ever evolving dynamic challenge which the world is the substance the marketplace defines as value. As our contribution increase, our reward does too. Understanding that there is not an obligation for the world hand us an opportunity, we must meet give the world a reason to move with us, and interact with our value.

In this latest episode of half time talks we examine the role of the underperforming voice within our creative process. This voice exist in the back of all of our minds and sometimes does it's best to convince us to pull back on the rains for a better feeling of comfort.
