In this episode of Halftime Talks, we present a few words of encouragement to continue pushing. The excalibur sword is out mind! Our stone is our lack filled thinking, comparison, our fear, and our negative beliefs. Once we release these limiting beliefs our weapon slides out so smoothly. Now we can command our figurative army of resources that awaits our beckoning.

In this episode we explore the work ethic of 2Pac and how the mentality it must have taken to produce at the level he did before his death. What goes through a mans mind to create a decades worth of material in a year period. How does one get up each day and pursue a performance level that has never been seen before. How can we appropriate this into our process?

In this episode I challenge the listener to take the approach of SHOOTING FOR THE SMALL WINS to lock in the habits. Focusing on small wins helps you break down a large goal into manageable chunks. They give you an encouraging feeling that the goals are not only possible but are within the grasp of attainment.

In ep 74 we examine the lessons learned this year. Life has a way of presenting you with themes for growth. It begins in the shadows until life offers your opportunities for growth real cameos.
