We can experience this from a process of focus or great sustained effort. I tend to believe the experience shows us more of our possibilities. The effort produced the experience was the blueprint for what can become a naturally reoccurring set point. In this episode of Halftime Talks we entertain the idea of 1st Domino. It was first introduced to me by Tim Ferriss. He didn't explain it or go into any detail about. The idea latched onto my mind and I've been entertaining it for a month. All great journeys begin with the casting forth of the 1st domino. This in effect sets a chain of events into motion that will cascade toward the essence of our intentions. How can we make this understanding of the first domino work for us in our day to day grind?
