  • Mental Health Check Ep. 1(Bonus)

CHRIS and NATE are doing mental health checkups each week with each other! It is just to let our friends (you) know how we are doing. These segments are shorter than our normal episodes and is a chance for us to connect to our listeners. We will be be taking emails and posts from the internet and talking about them and giving our point of view as well.

As always, we are not professionals but we want to be able to make mental health normal and be able to talk about things openly and honestly and not feel judged. Think of it as just a normal conversation.

  • I love you, Man EP. 5 NICOLE, Clinically Licensed Therapist
Hello Everyone and welcome back to "I love you, man. The Men's Mental health podcast." We really need to work on that title, huh. Today's guest is different! We have NICOLE, who is a licensed therapist and she is here to talk about why it is important to get therapy. Of course she may be a little bias, but she is the professional. This is a short episode but hopefully a beginning to new things.
Some of the questions asked are
    -Who should see a therapist?
-Is it a sign of weakness or failure to see a therapist?
-What is it actually like in a therapy session?
We also have sponsorships now! So thank you all that have listened and supported us, and continue to support us! This podcast is growing so much and we could not have done it without you. We have set a goal for ourselves to get at least 1,000 listeners by the end of the New Year and help spread mental health awareness and have more guests on. So if you could share this podcast we would very much appreciate it. Thank you, and I love you, man.
