4 and a half years ago I first sat down to meditate. The journey I have gone on since that first meditation has drastically changed my outlook on life. I no longer give into my emotions. I am no longer anxious and afraid all the time. I have gained a self respect and acceptance of who I am.
At the core of every habit I do is mindfulness. All we have awareness and the more you can train the habit of your brain to anchor back to the present moment the greater your life will be. The more successful you will be, the more confident you will be.
life is a journey, through each transition you go through you need to be aware. If not, life will pass by without you even realising.
