October is mental health awareness month. What a better time to talk about behavioral health issues and the resources that are available to us for free or for a cost. Today I will be talking about the stigma that’s associated with having a mental health issue and why some people don’t get to help as well as amazing resources that are available to you at no cost. This is a little bit off of my Normal topics but is an important one to approach.
