Welcome back everybody! We are back, no guest in tow. We enjoyed our conversations the last two episodes. Double back to Episode 59: Divorce w/ Aaron Thomas and Episode 60: Reel Talk w/Dr. Jamaal Scott.
This week we chat about Tee's 22 New Experiences for 2022. She names somethings that she wants to do and shares why she feels bad for Trav. Next, we get into @xonecole's article where men share what they want in their relationships for the new year. To read all of them head on over to www.xonecole.com.
We haven't done any segments in a minute so we run "Come Again?!" back as we talk about Trav's reaction to Meagan Good and Devon Franklin's pending divorce. We also ran back "I Read it on Reddit" to answer the question "Is it true that how you feel on the 1st of January dictates the way in which the rest of the year will go?" Tune in for the conversation.

This week we talk with Atlanta Family Law Attorney, Aaron Thomas. Aaron uses his experience from practicing law to answer a plethora of questions regarding the road to divorce. Discussing some premarital taboos may actually help you in the long run.
We discuss the stigma around prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. And why even the average married couple should have one.
We also chat about the importance of discussing financial plans before getting into marriage. We all know that premarital counseling is recommended but how do you go about discussing finances before marriage.
Aaron has more information including a free EBook on his website if you'd like to dig deeper.
More about Aaron:
Founding Attorney Aaron Thomas is a well-known litigator, having won dozens of jury trials and bench trials across the state of Georgia. He practices exclusively family law, representing clients in cases of divorce, custody and child support. In 2020, Aaron launched Prenups.com, a friendly and fair take on the premarital/postmarital agreement. While prenups often have a bad reputation, Aaron promotes them as a useful tool for modern couples that want to start their financial relationship in an intentional, transparent, and fair way.

This week we catch up discussing what we are currently reading and feeling. We discuss Will Smith's reaction to son Jaiden Smith's Emancipation debacle from years past. We discuss how we would feel if our kids recommended this and what we are hopefully doing to combat it.
Later, we discuss Lawrence and Issa's breakup due to his baby on the way from the show #Insecure. We share our feelings and talk about decisions that affect other aspects of our life and how sometimes they feel unavoidable.
Lastly, we play a game of Would You Rather? Listen in, join in with a friend to hear our responses and the logic behind them. Tee discusses how she's changing her thoughts about her birthday compared to Episode 25 from last year.
