In today's short episode, I'm sharing a poem I wrote to myself during one of the most difficult times of my life. A time when I'd been holding on so tightly to the life I'd consciously created, and it all came crashing down around me.

This poem helped me through the darkest of times, and later appeared in my first book, Light Is the New Black.
