In this episode, I share a unique experience after being invited by Jeff Mindler of Apologetics for the Church to step into his college apologetics class and pretend to be an atheist for 45 minutes. As a room full of Christian students grilled me with questions and attempted to convert me, I reflect on how I was received, the tone and conduct of these young believers, and what they did well in engaging a challenging worldview. I also offer practical takeaways for Christians on how to ask better questions, listen carefully, and engage unbelievers with confidence, clarity, and charity.
