Hi Friends,

I almost bailed on sharing this video because I sing in it, and few things scare me as much as singing in front of people. Not that anyone was there while I was singing, but still.

But I felt a call to share a song with you that usually helps me feel a bit more grounded and at peace. And I also felt a call to do something that seriously triggers my fear of being judged, and to do it anyway.

So here we are.

The song is called I Release Control, by Alexa Sunshine Rose, whose name I spaced in the video. I encourage you to close your eyes and sing along with me and see how you feel when you do. Let me know.

Also, to be clear so as not to scare you, I’m only singing for a minute or two in this ten-minute video. The rest of it is me talking about what’s on my heart today.

Thanks for being here. For real. It’s lovely and helpful to be connected to so many open-hearted souls in this space. I appreciate your presence, and your love.
