Reflecting can have you down and out, or thinking about the best ways to not be there again. It’s all about how you handle the now and what you think about those moments.

Realizing how nature can work against nurturing in my own life and what is required to move forward and heal!

Going over the feelings of healing truly not being a linear process…..what that looks like for me during this time, how the reflection has looked and what it has felt like…..

Thinking about the difference in what I imagined to reality….

Going over being thankful, loving the place I am in, and learning to embrace and look forward to what is to come!
