A lot of times we fail to step outside of our comfort zone because we don't know if we can handle the outcome. Sometimes we don't have that awkward conversation with someone because we don't know how the conversation will go. But what if all we had to do was show up? Being available and present in the moment with the people around us shows them that they are loved.  So let's talk about talk about showing up. Let's talk about being available.
