Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! Healing and growth have never been and will never be linear. Healing reminds me more of an onion, it has many layers and once you feel like you have healed...you peel back another layer. As someone who helps other women with their health and exercise I have to constantly remind myself that it's ok that there are days I still wake up and don't feel comfortable in my own skin. There are days that I wish parts of my body was different. Lots of work has been done over the years to heal toxic and unhealthy behaviors and beliefs I have had. This episode is about the reality that I still have those days where I feel like my body is against me. Healing is not linear, but each time you peel back a layer you learn a little more.
