How to track your cycle

Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! On this episode I share two stories of women I have seen lately in my practice. As they are navigating their health journey they end up in doctors offices and are sometimes given not amazing explanations or options. I am encouraging you to ask your doctors for better. If you have a question as it. If you want a real solution and understand that a pill will never fix the problem then ask for different options or interview a different doctor. You have to advocate for yourself because no one else will. Go Be Fearless!
