I survived to a solo shift, it may sound a bit exaggerated to use the word survived as if it had been a battlefield or a war; but I can tell you that sometimes this is how it feels to be behind the bar with no one to help you. Being the only person at the register and making drinks.


Today more than saying or poor me I worked alone today I want to give you some advice to you barista who gets anxious about being alone at the bar or even when you have someone at the register but the rush is so much that you start to feel overwhelmed because there are too many drinks. So I want to tell you what to do and what not to do when this happens.
