Dr. Zeile explains that the nature of sex as the "glue" that unites husband and wife is a blessing when used according to God's intent, but a curse when misused. Yet, through Christ, healing and redirection of life is possible. This is expressed in David's Psalm 51, and the hymn  "O God be Merciful to Me," which accompany this exposition.
