I Thought It Would Take Six Months To Create A Successful Business!

Listen Later

Boy, you're going to have to pay attention to keep up with the pace of my guest today. On this episode I speak to Lynne Darcy Quigley who is the CEO and founder of Know It and Lynne is also one of Insider’s top 20 Women to Watch.

So, yeah - Lynne is absolutely passionate and knows what she's talking about, and she speaks really quickly.

She's also got a bit of a Scottish accent, so for those of us that aren't Scottish, you are going to have to listen carefully and have your notebook and pen to hand because there's some real practical gold dust within this discussion.

If you're like most of us business owners and you're suffering to keep on top of your cash flow and people that owe you money and keep track of how many days overdue they are and all those processes of making sure that you get the money in on time, then the product that Lynne and her team have built is going to help you for a start, and there's some good advice around what you might need to think about doing from a cash perspective.

But there's so much more here as well. We touch on strategy, as well as the people side of things and Lynne is clearly very good at executing against that strategy as well. So a really, really interesting conversation here.

I'm not going to spoil it any more and just suggest that you go straight over and listen to this discussion with Lynne.

If you want to level up your cash management,  obviously take a look and Know It but you might also want to have a quick look at our score app to help you think about your cash habits. https://cashhabits.scoreapp.com
