Now, I’m in the healthiest relationship I’ve ever been in, and so much of that is because I’ve learnt how to navigate conflict in my relationships so that we feel stronger, more aligned and more seen by each other.
So in this episode, I’m talking about the biggest mistakes I used to make arguing (think: screaming, door slamming, and never letting shit go) and the things I’ve learned that have completely changed how I handle conflict.
