On this episode, Izzy shares his thoughts that men tend to say sorry, without being sincere or genuine, just to say what their woman wants to hear, this also applies to men, where the women say sorry just because they feel that is what their man wants to hear. Izzy and Mike discuss that as a manager when is enough is enough. Employees were constantly calling for time off because of some sort of excuse. The manager was fed up and decided that if the employees are going to call off, they need to show proof. In this instance, if your dog died, then the employee better bring the dogs dead body into the office as proof. Some people are losing their damn minds. Mike shares his views on whether that manager was in the right or in the wrong. Izzy and Mike share their outlook on how veterans are hurting trying to get employed and are dealing with numerous rejection emails.
