On this episode, Izzy and Mike express that kids seeing there parents grinding it
out can be both a pro and con, especially with the advancements with social
media. The younger generation seeing their parents not being successful, are more
capable of changing their approach to try to be millionaires versus broke after
30yrs of working with a company. The majority of those are more willing to
express their duty titles, such as CEO, and not sharing the reality of how many
times there business failed. Mike shares that if the younger generation are
trying to be successful at an early age, are able to have failure early and
learn from it versus being 60yrs old and trying to be successful. Mike shares
that success leave blueprints, so those that are interested in wanting to be a
success are able to educate themselves from those that are currently
successful. In venturing into a business, individuals need to ask themselves “What
problem are we trying to solve?”, for that can open up various reasons to
create your own business. Mike and Izzy talk about what is the biggest fear
that people have in trying to be successful, and Mike reveals that an issue
people face is the fear of failure and the other is patience. The younger
generation need to have self-awareness that just because their parents didn’t
make it, doesn’t mean that they won’t make it, the times have changed to where
the resources of technology have created more opportunities. Don’t get upset
when you have the information needed for success and no one wants to listen because
you haven’t proved it to them but have the patience to understand if it is
