October 25, 2023 Only time people are going to really listen to you is that you have the proof or you have something they deem as proof to say you're successful.
On this episode, Izzy and Mike express that kids seeing there parents grinding it
out can be both a pro and con, especially with the advancements with social
media. The younger generation seeing their parents not being successful, are more
capable of changing their approach to try to be millionaires versus broke after
30yrs of working with a company. The majority of those are more willing to
express their duty titles, such as CEO, and not sharing the reality of how many
times there business failed. Mike shares that if the younger generation are
trying to be successful at an early age, are able to have failure early and
learn from it versus being 60yrs old and trying to be successful. Mike shares
that success leave blueprints, so those that are interested in wanting to be a
success are able to educate themselves from those that are currently
successful. In venturing into a business, individuals need to ask themselves “What
problem are we trying to solve?”, for that can open up various reasons to
create your own business. Mike and Izzy talk about what is the biggest fear
that people have in trying to be successful, and Mike reveals that an issue
people face is the fear of failure and the other is patience. The younger
generation need to have self-awareness that just because their parents didn’t
make it, doesn’t mean that they won’t make it, the times have changed to where
the resources of technology have created more opportunities. Don’t get upset
when you have the information needed for success and no one wants to listen because
you haven’t proved it to them but have the patience to understand if it is

September 26, 2023 My time is more precious
On this episode, Mike expresses how he loves being
passionate about his work and it shows in his work ethic, but if you are not
passionate about being an entrepreneur then don’t focus on it and do something
that you care about it. Mike breaks down that in the beginning it was rough, in
debt, and had to scratch his way up to get where he is comfortable. Mike shares
his end goal in doing the work. It only costs $5K to rent out a private jet,
but some folks tend to get their pilot license. Knowledge is power, and if
people apply themselves to read and learn will be capable of applying it to
their business ideas or personal goals. People need to refocus their intentions
on what they want to be paid per hour versus what it can take for them to earn
that and invest in themselves. Learn your strengths and weaknesses and be
honest with yourself to know it. Mike shares his tips on people that want to go
their own route or do their own thing. To be a CEO and an entrepreneur are two
different people.

August 29, 2023 Entrepreneurship is not for everyone
On this episode, Izzy shares his love for 80s freestyle and
enjoyed attending a concert. It was exploited that the audience didn’t contain
any millennials and Gen-Z. Izzy shares that upon showing the young generation a
VHS tape, which goes into a VCR, they assumed that it was for a DVD player…SMH.
Parents need to take the time to show their kids the old school, so they can
familiarize themselves with how it was back in their parents’ days. Even at a Dave
Matthews Band concert, the majority of parents were bringing their young teens
to attend the show, surprisingly a lot of them enjoyed it. Mike shares that
when he works out, his choice of music is none, he listens to the news or
motivational videos. Izzy shares that when working out, he enjoys listening to
EDM. Izzy shares his liking for a weightlifter by the name of Joey Swole, that puts
gym shamers in their place, portraying that people should have gym etiquette
and not put people down. Izzy shares that the itch of traveling is still there
and hoping to not get complacent in living in Florida. Mike discusses his work
ethic and how busy it can be, but that the entrepreneur life is not for everyone.
Mike shares his thoughts on the difficulty of trying to be an entrepreneur and how

July 18, 2023 Veterans can be and do more, use the veteran label to create yourselves new ones
On this episode, Mike shares that in being a veteran, the
military has supplied him with skillsets, for example, if Mike wanted to be the
manager of Popeyes, he could do it. Mike expresses that it is empowering to help
others and for veterans to quit using the label of veteran to hold themselves
back, use the veteran label to create yourself new ones, as in CEO. The
negatives that are occurring amongst veterans shouldn’t be the only outlook,
the outlook needs to highlight the positive that veterans are doing as well.
The message that Mike and Izzy want to end with is to KNOW YOUR PURPOSE. Also,

July 04, 2023 Be a better veteran but more of a better person and know your purpose in life
On this episode, Izzy expresses how advanced technology on
the border wall is forcing these migrants to change routes and take on
dangerous terrain. The border sectors vary on their terrain which makes it
difficult for migrants to battle, causing a high number of migrant deaths. Izzy
shares that border agents have spread life distress beacons out in the terrain
for migrants to utilize in order to be saved versus losing their lives. The
majority of deaths occurring to these migrants are not the fault of the border
agents but the routes that these migrants are taking. There is a misconception
that border patrols wear many hats and have a bad rap, but there are other
agencies that deal with other aspects of immigration like prosecution, or even
for asylum seekers. Mike shares his involvement in the company Beteran, that
emphasizes being a better veteran, but more of a better person to take care of
your communities. Mike shares the importance of knowing your purpose in your
life, for him it is to help out his fellow veterans, especially when they are
transitioning out of the military. Veterans need to change the stigma that we
are broken, when the reality is veterans can provide so much positivity to the
world and use their skillsets for betterment of their lives.

June 19, 2023 What is really happening on the Southwest Border? Policies need changing when it comes to immigration
On this episode, Mike shares how during his visit to the
southwest border, the media would exploit the situation for more then what it
truly is, and what Mike saw was nothing but a peaceful protest. Izzy and Mike
discuss the importance of Customs and Border Patrol agents and how they are
risking there well-being in ensuring the border remains secured. Also, the
migrants are not at fault, but unfortunately there are migrants that are conducting
nefarious acts and are making it difficult for others that are trying to
legally migrate to the United States, making a better life for themselves &
families. Mike shares how certain people within the U.S. make outlandish
comments on envisioning violence commence versus the reality that it is peaceful.
Izzy and Mike express that the border patrol duties are not of their own
obligations, there processes/protocols are coming from congressional policies.
People need to understand that policies require changing when dealing with
immigration and not how border patrol agents conduct their duties.

June 13, 2023 Parents are either empty nesters or support their grown kid? LET THE PEACOCK FLY
On this episode, Izzy and Mike talk about the path parents should
take concerning their children that are 18+, completed high school, and whether
to let them spread their wings and fly to leave the nest or keep them home and
support them, but overall, these 18+ young adults need to have a plan. Mike
shares his thoughts on how parenting can be stressful, especially with how
expensive it is in the economy. It is imperative for parents to teach their children
the little things, like ironing, laundry, or the simple task of cleaning. Mike
and Izzy express how they wish they had someone informing them of the necessary
steps to take prior to finishing high school. Izzy expresses how there is
nothing wrong with being a bagger, working in a warehouse, or bringing in
shopping carts, for the majority of these companies are providing great
benefits. Izzy and Mike talk about the Beteran organization and Mike shares his
experiences on taking a trip to the southwest border and reveals how the media
takes things out of context when dealing with immigration.

May 16, 2023 Try to find balance in work and leisure
On this episode, Mike shares that he finds himself to be willing to work after he retires, if it means working in his 80s then he will. Mike shows that in order to reach your goals you have to have a work ethic to outwork everyone else. Mike and Izzy talk about taking a break and have “ME” time and finding that enjoyment from putting in all the hard work. Izzy believes that each individual should show a reward from their hard work and try to find a balance in work and leisure. It is okay to take leisure time and people shouldn’t feel like that if they take leisure time it will break them from their routine, but know that isn’t the case. Mike expresses his passion for wanting to feel overwhelmed from being busy, and he LOVES to be busy.

April 17, 2023 I'm a little Different
On this episode,Mike shares how taking cold showers/baths are healthy to the body and mental stability. Mike shares his process of doing certain amount of time in the sauna and switches to a cold bath/shower. Mike does this to challenge himself and challenge his mindset and see if he can overcome being that he genuinely dislikes the cold. Mike correlates this challenge to his everyday work ethic and if you can challenge yourself to simply taking cold showers/baths then you will be able to take on any other challenges in life. Mike and Izzy talk about not understanding how other people don’t have the drive to want to better themselves, operate their own business, take on other challenges, put in the work to do more than just the standard. Mike shares his process of accomplishing a “to do” list, where he applies 25 mins toward work and 25 mins to be off and continues the process until the “to do” list is complete.

On this episode, Izzy extends his love for the Puerto Rico baseball team that did well and defeated the Dominican Republic, in the World Baseball Classic. Izzy shares his adventures in Ecuador and expressed his parents concerns of experiencing an earthquake in Guayaquil Ecuador, where they reside. Izzy shares that when feeling overwhelmed try to take time for yourself. Mike shares his busy schedule, being very cryptic. Mike and Izzy talk about “what their gift is”, Mike shares that his gift is organization and feels that he is a person that is organized. Izzy had to give Mike a hard time. Mike conveys what the concept of organization is and how it applies into society and business. Organization varies in individuals, what one person believes is being organized is different from another person. Mike shares his experience in taking cold baths/showers, and he feels it helps with his mental health.
