On this episode, Mike shares that he finds himself to be willing to work after he retires, if it means working in his 80s then he will. Mike shows that in order to reach your goals you have to have a work ethic to outwork everyone else. Mike and Izzy talk about taking a break and have “ME” time and finding that enjoyment from putting in all the hard work. Izzy believes that each individual should show a reward from their hard work and try to find a balance in work and leisure. It is okay to take leisure time and people shouldn’t feel like that if they take leisure time it will break them from their routine, but know that isn’t the case. Mike expresses his passion for wanting to feel overwhelmed from being busy, and he LOVES to be busy.
