Crystal Eisinger is the Strategy & Operations lead for Ads Marketing in Google UK.

She joined after cutting her teeth as a strategy consultant at Deloitte and various internships.

In 2019, Crystal was named one of Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35, was selected in The Drum’s 50 under 30 Outstanding Women in Creative and Digital, was awarded a Future Leaders Award by WACL, and graduated from the Marketing Academy Scholarship.

She's one of the best change makers I have worked with and has some great advice on how to do this along with how to get a job at Google.
