Jack had guests the other day, and was cooking BBQ ribs on the gas grill in the balcony. One of his friends came out to see his new grill, and shut the glass door to the balcony. It was a big commercial-like stainless grill. Jack flipped the ribs, and put them on the top level. “Two Minutes.” Let’s have a listen together!

He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
